Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Atrium Elite and is part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your users' compliance.

You may not

  • use the Service to violate any law or regulation, or any third party's rights (including privacy, IP, or contract);
  • upload, store, or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content (malware, etc.);
  • process personal data you lack a lawful basis or consent to process, or input special-category/sensitive data beyond what the Service is designed for;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other customers' data, or related systems; probe or scan for vulnerabilities except under an authorized program;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity or performance, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties other than your authorized users;
  • send unsolicited or unlawful communications (spam) through the Service, or use it to harass.

Messaging

Communications you send via the Service (e.g., tenant, owner, or investor emails) must comply with applicable anti-spam and consent laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM). You are the sender and are responsible for honoring opt-outs.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report to authorities. We may act immediately where there is a risk to the Service, other customers, or third parties.
