Accounting and Maintenance each apply these marginal bands to their own contracted covered area. Each band discounts only the area within that band.

Aggregate covered rentable building area under one customer agreement; bands do not reset per building. Accounting shares one proportional band allocation across commercial and industrial space, then applies its annual minimum. Do I need every module?
No. Choose the workflows your team needs. Brokerage and Funds include the basic contacts and records needed to use them; you do not need unrelated property operations just to keep those records.
Do I pay for both Base and Elite?
No. Select one tier for each module. Elite replaces Base. Accounting Elite includes AP automation. Asset Management Elite uses the greater of the asset schedule or its editor floor, never both added together.
How do billing periods work?
Monthly software prices are monthly equivalents under an annual commitment. Accounting, Maintenance, Asset Management and COI rates are stated per year. Your proposal will spell out billing cadence, quantities and agreed terms.
What is included in the software price?
Ordinary module reports and the standard records needed to use your selected workflows are included. Included users vary by module, as shown above. Human services, contractor labor, payment rails and licensed external data are separate.
Can you help us switch?
We start with the workflows you want to replace, your actual quantities, and the systems you must retain. We scope any assisted migration or custom integration work before quoting it, and compare the complete cost after switching.
How do larger portfolios get priced?
Apply the published marginal bands separately within each module. Funds and Asset Management have their own marginal schedules. No additional automatic volume, bundle or multiyear discount stacks on these prices.
