Reporting alleged infringement

Send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) including:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
4. your contact information;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and will notify the affected user, who may submit a counter-notice. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
